No of pages
A ‘Page’ is a printed side. 8pp A4 for example is therefore 4 sheets of A4 printed both sides. You must enter here how many sides in total (including the cover) of the document.
Finished size
The final size of the piece once folded. Enter a custom size in mm eg. ‘(width)x(height)mm’.
Colour
Full colour/CMYK/4 colour process all basically mean printing in as many colours as you wish.
Files supplied
Press ready PDF is the norm or one of the professional packages like Adobe InDesign or Adobe Illustrator. If you would prefer, one of our design team will create your artwork, for an agreed fee ( prior to work commencing)? Please advise if design is required by pointmedia.

Stock type
This is for your text pages (or all if it is self cover). Silk and Gloss Art papers are all coated and are the norm for full colour work – they only differ by level of coating applied, with gloss being the highest. Uncoated papers are being used for stationery and forms. Note: When using uncoated stock, the ink absorbs into the paper so images can look a bit ‘flatter’.
Stock weight
Stock weight in gsm; stationery is usually 100-120gsm, with leaflets 150gsm, and menus etc 350gsm or if unsure simply type ‘choose for me’.
Despatch
We can deliver to mainland UK/Highlands & Islands, Northern Ireland and Eire. Please advise where you would like the printed materials to be delivered to.
Schedule
Timescales will vary depending on product required, finishing etc. We can advise timescales on provision of our quote (3 working days required from approval of artwork).
